We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that cancellations are subject to certain limitations.

Cancellation Timeframes

For next-day delivery orders, cancellations are accepted until 10:00 AM on the day of delivery.
For same-day delivery orders, cancellations are not guaranteed and are subject to our ability to stop the order before it is processed for delivery.

Cancellation and Refund Limitations

We may not be able to cancel orders that are already prepared or is in transit.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are also unable to provide refunds for delivered and accepted items.

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us. Your satisfaction is our highest priority and we would be happy to offer a replacement.
