Delivery Policy

Local delivery to Clarkston, WA and Lewiston, ID only.

Same-Day and Next-Day Delivery

Orders placed before 1:00 PM Pacific Time are eligible for same-day delivery.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM are eligible for next-day delivery.

Delivery end-time is 5:00 PM.

Specific Delivery Times

If you request a specific delivery time, we will do our best to accommodate it, but we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time.

In cases of extreme weather, short notice, or location constraints, specific time requests may not be possible.

During busy holiday periods, it is unlikely that we can schedule specific delivery times.

Delayed Delivery

In rare cases where delivery is delayed due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, road closures, traffic incidents, incorrect address information, or recipient unavailability), we will attempt delivery again at the earliest opportunity.

We will make every effort to contact and notify you if delivery is delayed until the next day.

Contacting Recipient

If a recipient is not home to receive a delivery, our driver may leave a message for the recipient to call and arrange an alternative delivery time.

If a recipient has pets that prevent delivery, we reserve the right to contact the recipient to find an alternative solution.

If a recipient refuses delivery or cannot be contacted within 24 hours, the customer may be liable for the cost of the flowers.

Leaving Gifts on Property

We discourage leaving arrangements on a recipient's property if they are not home to accept delivery.

If a customer requests that we leave an arrangement on the property, we are not responsible for damaged or missing products, and the customer assumes all liability and will not be refunded.

School Deliveries

We accept deliveries for teachers and staff, but not for students (who must receive deliveries at their residence).
Funeral Homes

Due to the nature of our small business, we currently do not accept orders for funeral homes or memorial services. We hope to offer these services in the future as our business grows.

Weekend Deliveries

Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM. If an order is placed on Friday and the recipient is unavailable, we will attempt to redeliver on Saturday. If the recipient cannot be reached on Friday or Saturday, the customer is still responsible for the cost of the flowers.
Holidays

During major holidays (e.g., Valentine's Day and Mother's Day), delivery times may be extended. For weekend holiday deliveries, please contact us during regular business hours to see if we can accommodate your request

Incorrect Address or Phone Numbers

If a customer provides an incorrect address or phone number, we are not responsible for being unable to deliver the arrangement.

If a delivery is made to an incorrect address and the recipient cannot be reached by phone, we will attempt to notify the customer.

If neither the recipient nor the customer can be reached on the day of delivery, the customer is responsible for the cost of the entire purchase. We allow a 24-hour window from the time the order was made for the customer to submit a correct address or phone number.

Recipient Refusal of Delivery

If a recipient refuses delivery of the gift, the customer is still responsible for all costs.

Card Messages

Please ensure that the message for the recipient is spelled correctly, as we will present the message as-is with the gift. We are not responsible for spelling and grammatical errors submitted by the customer.
